2 About Our Service

ZAM ZAM BAZAAR is an online grocery and general store service based at 186 Main Road, B Bazaar, Podakkudi – 614 103. We sell food, household, and daily-necessity products and deliver them to your doorstep within our defined service area.

All prices shown on the website are in ₹ and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3 Placing an Order

  • To place an order you must provide accurate and complete delivery information, including a reachable phone number and a correct delivery address.
  • A minimum order value may apply in your delivery zone, and order quantity limits (maximum orders per day) may be enforced at our discretion.
  • Once an order is placed, we confirm it by phone or message before dispatch. Orders may be cancelled if items are unavailable or if delivery is not possible to your area.
  • Grocery items are subject to availability. In the event an item you ordered is unavailable, we will substitute or refund it as per our Return & Refund Policy.

4 Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of placing the order will apply.
  • We accept cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, and selected online payment methods (PhonePe, Cashfree, Razorpay) where available.
  • For online payments, the amount may be authorised/captured at the payment gateway; refunds, where applicable, follow our Refund Policy.

5 Delivery

  • We deliver within Podakkudi and surrounding areas, subject to the delivery zones configured for your location.
  • Delivery charges, free-delivery thresholds, and minimum order values vary by zone and will be shown at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances; we will keep you updated via call/WhatsApp.
  • Please be available at the delivery address when the driver arrives. If an order cannot be delivered because no one receives it, a redelivery charge may apply.

6 Product Quality & Food Safety

We take food safety seriously. Fresh items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, meat/poultry, where stocked) are quality-checked before packing. Because fresh products vary naturally, we cannot guarantee exact size, weight, or ripeness, but we guarantee freshness and quality at dispatch.

Please follow storage instructions printed on the product (e.g. refrigerate after opening). Consumption of fresh products after the expiry date shown on the pack is at your own risk.

7 Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. In short: damaged, expired, or incorrect items delivered to you are eligible for immediate replacement or refund.

8 Accounts & Behaviour

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
  • Misuse of the website, including fraudulent orders, false claims, abusive language toward staff or delivery drivers, or interfering with other users, may lead to order cancellation, account suspension, or legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZAM ZAM BAZAAR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any single order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10 Force Majeure

We will not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government action, power failures, internet outages, or public-health emergencies.
